We as Christians are called to welcome those who come seeking Jesus – in our parish few live out this commission more than the Ushers.
They greet those who come to each Mass and respond to the needs of the parishioners during the liturgy.
Whether guiding people to their seats, collecting and safeguarding stewardship offerings, taking up the gifts, directing the congregation during communion, or distributing parish bulletins and other materials at the end of the Mass, the Usher is always there to make sure that every participant feels welcome and safe in our churches.
Whether in Southbury or in Middlebury we have wonderful teams of Ushers who would be happy to have you among them!
