Feeling drawn to a deeper spiritual life, but unsure where to start? OCIA is your welcoming path to explore faith at your own pace. This ancient-yet-restored process, inspired by our early Church traditions guide inquiring adults—whether unbaptized or from other Christian backgrounds—through a supportive path toward full initiation into the Catholic Church.

What to expect:

  • Personal discovery: Begin with open conversations about life, God, and Jesus, fostering a genuine encounter with Christ.
  • Community support: Join a small group for sharing, learning, and prayer—no prior knowledge required. You are not alone.
  • Gradual steps: Move through evangelization, catechesis, and rites marked by meaningful symbols, culminating in Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist (often at Easter Vigil).
  • Ongoing growth: Continue with mystagogy to live your faith vibrantly.6

No commitment upfront—just honest inquiry in a judgment-free space. Many have found purpose, belonging, and transformation here. Contact us (Deb McGrath: dmcgrath@mscatholic.org) to learn more or attend an info session. Your journey awaits!
