Adopt-A-Shelf Southbury Food Bank Donations

WANTED!!! Support for our adopted “Canned Meat Shelf” at the Southbury Food Bank. If you haven’t in the past, consider helping by picking up some extra items at the market and dropping them in the bin in the Atrium at the Sacred Heart Campus. A special big ‘thank you’ to those who contribute consistently to this ministry. The canned meat shelf is a vital part of the food bank, and your generosity is appreciated immensely. A team kindly donates time on the 2nd Saturday each month to sort and deliver the items from the Sacred Heart Campus to the food bank.  There is a particular need currently for corned beef hash, beef stew, canned chili and canned chicken. Let’s make it a great one! Drop your items in the box in the Atrium before or after all masses or weekdays from 9 AM to 3:30 PM.
