                   Arrival:           8:45 am         

Photos/Rehearsal:            9:00 am

Ceremony:         10:00 am

 

**Rehearsal begins promptly at 9:00 am and the ceremony begins promptly at 10:00 am, so please request candidates and sponsors to be seated and ready to begin by 8:45 am.

Dress:

Candidates are to dress appropriately in a clean and presentable manner with shoulders covered.   Boys: dress shirt, tie, dress pants and shoes.  Jackets optional.  Girls : dress, or dress pants/blouse.  No bare shoulders, modest length.

Street parking is available on both sides of Farmington Avenue.

 

Knights of Columbus volunteers will be directing parking lot traffic. Please exercise patience with our volunteers.

Seating:

Candidates and sponsors will sit next to one another in designated reserved seating. Seating charts will be posted in the Cathedral entrances. Cathedral Ambassadors will be there to greet you and assist you.  Guests of candidates may sit in any pews not marked reserved. Reserved seating is for candidates and sponsors only (see attached seating chart).

**Please remember to advise Ami if any sponsors have mobility issues so that we may accommodate them appropriately.

Pictures:

Prior to the ceremony, a professional photographer will take pictures of Confirmation candidates and sponsors. Candidates and sponsors will be called up for pictures by row, from the back to the front of the Cathedral. Those who do not wish to have additional pictures taken are free to leave once the ceremony is over.  All photos will be accessible at aohphotos.com.
